Shipping & Returns Information

Thank you for shopping online at Infinitude Fight. Below is our general shipping and return policy information for your reference.

All transactions are processed securely with encrypted server technology to protect your financial and personal data.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The payment at checkout includes product and shipping cost. Additional taxes or duties may apply depending on your location.
Production time is between 21 to 28 working days after your order is processed.
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after production is complete.
Non-custom orders are delivered within 15 business days.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
We only ship to the billing address provided by the cardholder.
If an incorrect design or size is sent, Infinitude Fight will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom items can only be returned if shipped with incorrect logos, colors, or designs.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Only items purchased from Infinitude Fight are eligible for return.

Step 1: Contact our 24/7 customer support or live chat to get return authorization and provide your order/invoice number.
Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the return address provided by our support team.
Step 3: Notify us once the item is dispatched so we can begin processing your return immediately.
